“You are not damaged. You are not broken. You are not your trauma. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.”
— Richard C. Schwartz
If you’re feeling caught in familiar patterns that keep repeating in your relationship, your family, or within yourself, you’re not alone. It can feel discouraging to keep trying and still feel stuck. I understand that the difficulty arises when the same conflicts recur, when family tension remains unresolved, or when an inner voice keeps you doubting or striving to hold everything together.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready for change, even if they’re unsure where to begin. Sometimes that change starts with noticing the distance that has grown between you and someone you love, the legacy of generational pain that still lingers, or the parts of you that are simply trying to get through each day. Healing often begins with slowing down, listening inward, and meeting yourself with compassion.
My approach integrates Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and EMDR. These three models guide our therapy work toward deeper awareness and connection. In therapy, we practice honesty and accountability while learning to love with maturity and respect. We reconnect with the calm, confident, and compassionate Self that can guide your inner system with clarity. We will work toward balance, self-leadership, and more fulfilling relationships.
Clinically, I am a relational therapist providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families in Oregon and Washington. I also offer clinical supervision and supervision-of-supervision in Oregon for associates and supervisor candidates seeking support in their professional development. My supervision approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, cultural responsiveness, and self-of-the-therapist reflection. I aim to create a space where you can deepen both your clinical skills and personal awareness, grow with intention, and stay anchored in compassion and integrity.
Whether you are seeking personal healing or professional growth, I will meet you with warmth, honesty, and respect for your story. Together, we can explore what becomes possible when change is guided by compassion and when growth is nurtured through connection.
I provide therapy to residents of Oregon and Washington. License # WA: LF61611293; OR: T2411
I help people who are ready to look inward and change how they show up in their relationships and in life. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, burnout, or cultural identity struggles, therapy can offer a path forward.
